Much like us, Understanding Recruitment is undergoing a serious stage of growth having seen their team increase significantly resulting in a recent move to much larger premises.
The natural progression saw the need to vastly improve their existing on-line presence. Following a lengthy tender process and after meeting with a number of recruitment website design agencies Understanding partnered with Strategies for the project.
Keeping with their existing branding and imagery the brief was to modernise the look and feel of the website whilst offering a much improved user experience.
