Balance Recruitment is a niche specific recruitment company supporting candidates and clients within various accountancy disciplines.
Incorporated in 2007 Balance Recruitment has seen their business grow year on year to now support some of the leading companies in the UK.
Whilst their existing website certainly looks attractive enough it lacks any clear candidate UX and is currently not optimised for mobile users.
This forced Balance to search for a new website provider and after going to tender with a number of recruitment industry specialists they partnered with us at Strategies.
We are currently working through the website specifics and look forward to the nitty gritty of the project starting over the next week.
